We have mortgage loan officers working at Sovereign Mortgage Investments in the Central Florida area. Collectively, we have over 75 years of mortgage experience, and financial expertise to know EXACTLY how to provide mortgage loan products and services to best serve our customers needs. We partner with over 15 wholesale lenders across the country providing the most competitive interest rates and financing for all of our clients including A+ credit ratings for stellar Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac conventional, VA & USDA pricing, mid-range credit ratings for FHA financing with a minimum 580 credit score, and non-QM financing for customers who have less than perfect credit and/or have specialized loan criteria for portfolio lending.
